Our Work/Success Training Program gives residents an easy and simple way to substantially reduce their rent for a semi-private room from $625 to $450 per month.

To qualify for a $175 per month discount off the regular rent, residents need only do two things:

1. Accept and complete a simple chore amounting to about 20 hours of work per month, and fulfill that job assignment every week. These chores include cleaning up the dining room after lunch and dinner, keeping stairways clean, etc.

2. Attend a one-hour Success Training Class each Tuesday evening at 7:00 p.m. This class teaches residents ways to improve their lives. For example, on February 6, 2007, one of the items discussed was:

A new resident enrolling in this discounted rent program still must pay the full rental amount for the first month. Upon completing the job assignment each week and attending each Tuesday evening class during the first month, then the second month's rent due will be reduced by $175. The discounted rent rate will remain in effect as long as the job assignment(s) is/are fulfilled and attendance at the Success Training Class is maintained.
